- 2 spoons honey
- 15 ml lime juice
- 60 ml dry gin
- 30 ml apple juice
apple slice fan for garnish
things you do
put honey into shaker first, add the lime juice and give it a swirl to dissolve the honey. add the rest and shake with ice. should prob strain over fresh ice but honestly just dump the whole thing into an old fashioned glass because who has that much ice to spare.
